A friends Mum is going to have a baby. Topsy and Tim help her prepare for it. The next week they go to visit the baby and hold him. He starts to cry and his Mum breastfeeds him. Then they watch him having a nappy change and a bath. They think their friend is lucky to have a baby brother.
