Making A Purchase Buying from our site is simple, either enter a keyword to search, or follow the links to the category of your choice. Click Add to Cart on the product you wish to buy and then either confirm to continue shopping or go straight to the checkout and payment pages. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by Paypal only. We charge for items immediately and ship downloads immediately and other items usually within 7 working days (but please allow 28 days).
Shipping And Handling We post all items by first class post or airmail.

We have different charges for shipping and handling depending on where in the world you live. We no longer list them here as they keep changing due to the post office changing their prices! When you go to checkout the postage amount will be confirmed. All downloads have free shipping.
Delivery Schedule All purchases (electronic books and software) will be delivered within 2 working days (unless there are problems with either Bowbridge Publishing’s server or the customer’s server or the email address provided by the customer is invalid, in which case Bowbridge Publishing cannot be held responsible for any delay and other material will be delivered within 28 days of purchase (usually within 5 working days) (although Bowbridge Publishing cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred during delivery or for any postal delays due to strike action).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges We are not VAT registered so no charge for tax is made.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software used by our credit card processing company who is Paypal .
Guarantee UK Statatory rights apply. This means that if any item is faulty we will give a full refund once the item has been returned to us.

Information gathered by Bowbridge Publishing is used to process your payments and deliver your products / services. It is also used to send you our email newsletter if requested.

We receive and store some information (in printed format at the above address) that you enter on the website. However, your credit card details are sent directly to our payment processors, Paypal, and they do not pass this information onto us. The information we recieve contains your name, address, email address, item purchased and the amount that you have paid.

We DO NOT sell or share any of the information that you provide to us outside of Bowbridge Publishing.
In order to keep your information secure we use external credit card processing companies so that we do not receive unnecessary information. These payment processes all take place across a secure server.

Returns Policy In line with UK law, customers are entitled to their money back only if they cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods (by returning the items with a letter of explanation), this does not apply to our downloads (ebooks and software). It also does not apply to products which are no longer in the condition they were received i.e. compact discs must still be sealed in their cases and other products must be undamaged or unopened if applicable. This does not affect customers statuary rights. All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. If you feel you are entitled to a refund please send an e-mail to refunds@bowbridgepublishing.com with the word ‘refund’ in the subject line explaining your case. 
Remittance Terms Credit cards through Paypal.
From the UK by cheque or postal order.
From outside of the UK by cheque in pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank account.
