Books for Christmas

My sister has asked me to buy a stack of classic children's books for my neice and she has specified that they be second hand. She says that her local library do not stock titles such as Mrs Pepperpot, Wishing Chair and Pippi Longstocking and she woudl love her aughter to read these books. She wants second hand so that I can buy more books for the money that I want to spend. It is a good idea and I am surprised that more people do not do it but I do find that our sales of new books far surpass our second hand ones at this time of the year.
