Bowbridge Publishing is an established publishing company dealing with selling prints, software and electronic books.
Our electronic books are chosen for their quality, originality and individuality. We produce the books to a high quality with full illustrations where necessary. We choose to publish electronically as it saves the cost of printing being passed on to the customer and it is also friendlier to the environment. However, should the demand arise we do consider printing copies of books and some may become available in the on-line shop.
Our prints are produced from electronic art and from scanned in images. It is produced to a high quality on the finest papers using the finest inks which are fade fast for 10 years. The prints are usually posted with three working days of order and sent out first class or airmail (where appropriate) but please allow 28 days for delivery.
The software available is produced by our highly skilled programmers. We can produce bespoke software tailored specifically for your needs and we also sell a range of software available for general purchase. All software is available in a free 10 day evaluation format.
Customers are reminded that any items they buy are under copyright and they cannot copy them for any reason at all, even for personal use. All graphics from the website are also copyrighted and should you wish to use any of them for any reason you must ask permission by emailing info@bowbridgepublishing.com.
The prices on the website are guide prices and are subject to change. The prices quoted are inclusive of tax and postage unless otherwise specified.
Our online shop trades through Worldpay and Paypal. Both accept all major credit cards and Worldpay also accepts some debit cards. Payments can be made in pounds sterling, US dollars or Euros. They both send the payment details in a highly encrypted format to ensure customer security. However, any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by means of e-mail or other internet link shall be borne solely and exclusively by such user and in no event shall any such losses in whole or part be borne by Bowbridge Publishing. If you have made an inputting error when purchasing items from the website contact us immediately on www.bowbridgepublishing.com and we will try to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
The goods on the website are only invitations to treat and are not themselves offer. However, by submitting your credit card details, sending a cheque or cash or payment by Paypal or Worldpay you are completing a legally binding contract of sale.
Only personal data that is relevant to any order (or an email address if you are subscribing to the newsletter) will be collected and recorded. This data will only be kept for as long as is necessary and will not be passed on to any person outside of Bowbridge Publishing.
All electronic purchases (electronic books and software) will be delivered within 2 working days (unless there are problems with either Bowbridge Publishing’s server or the customer’s server or the email address provided by the customer is invalid, in which case Bowbridge Publishing cannot be held responsible for any delay. and other material will be delivered within 28 days of purchase (although Bowbridge Publishing cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred during delivery or for any postal delays due to strike action).
In line with UK law, customers are entitled to their money back only if they cancel the purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods (by returning the items with a letter of explanation), this does not apply to our downloads (ebooks and software). It also does not apply to products which are no longer in the condition they were received i.e. compact discs must still be sealed in their cases and other products must be undamaged or unopened if applicable. This does not affect customers statuary rights. All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. If you feel you are entitled to a refund please send an e-mail to info@bowbridgepublishing.com with the word ‘refund’ in the subject line explaining your case.
